Friendly reminder: Recently, some unscrupulous operators have stolen our company's return and exchange links with the intention of misleading consumers! Please be sure to confirm that the product you purchased is a product sold by Leekee before you have the right to return or exchange the product during the appreciation period.
All purchases on the site enjoy the [seven-day appreciation period] starting from the day after the product arrives. If there is any problem with the quality of the product you receive, please apply for a return. If you need to exchange an item, please apply for a return first and then place a new order.

【Consumer Protection Law】
Consumers have a seven-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the day after receiving the goods. If you want to return the purchase, please submit an application within the period. Overdue applications will not be accepted. (Not applicable to overseas consumers)
The appreciation period is not a trial period . The returned goods must be in brand new condition and have their complete packaging restored (including the integrity of the product body, accessories, gifts, warranty, original packaging (bags, boxes, paper) and all accompanying documents or information). Please do not miss any accessories, disassemble or inspect the product yourself, or damage it.
The original outer box and original packaging are part of the product. Loss, damage or missing parts may affect your right to return the product, and the necessary expenses for restoring it to its original condition may also be deducted based on the degree of damage.
Some products are used, cannot be restored, and lack integrity, so they lose their resale value and cannot be returned.

Apply for refund
- The product includes the main body, accessories, gifts, warranty, original internal and external packaging (bags, boxes, paper) and the integrity of all accompanying documents or information. No refunds will be given if parts are missing or damaged (except for defective products).
- It will be 15 days starting from the next day when you apply for return. If you cannot complete the return operation because you cannot be contacted or the goods have not been sent back, the return application will be automatically canceled and you cannot apply again.
- Unless the product is found to be defective after opening, it cannot be returned once opened.
- Combination products cannot be returned individually.
- Please do not place the invoice in the returned product.
[Replacement specifications]
Apply for exchange
- The main reason for requesting an exchange is that the product is defective/incorrect. If it exceeds the seven-day appreciation period (including holidays), the exchange service will not be accepted. To avoid disputes, please confirm acceptance after arrival.
- Since it is not a product quality exchange , a shipping fee of NT$580 is required . (Since the whole site is free of charge, it is not an exchange/return due to quality issues. We will take back this discount and make up for all shipping costs)
- Genuine leather bags are not easy to make by hand. Please try not to exchange/return them if possible. We have checked the quality before shipping. If there is indeed a quality problem when you receive it, we will reissue a new one;
- For combined and random products, exchange service for selected colors and styles is not provided.
- If the application for repair and replacement exceeds the seven-day appreciation period, you will need to bear part of the costs of repair, parts replacement, shipping and replacement, etc. (Except for warranty products)
- If the purchased goods are computer software, various types of optical discs , food, consumables, personal hygiene products, etc. that cannot be returned to their original condition once unpacked, unless they are found to be defective after unpacking, returns or exchanges will not be processed once unpacked.
- If the product is faulty, damaged, abraded, scratched, dirty, or the packaging is damaged and incomplete due to improper disassembly and use by the consumer, and is no longer resaleable, exchanges will not be accepted.
- Due to the different screen resolution of each computer, there may be color differences between the photos on the website and the actual product. The replacement standard still needs to be determined by the manufacturer.
[Instructions for refund operations]
- Credit card one-time payment: The amount will be refunded to the original credit card. If the refund operation period has passed the credit card billing date, the fee will be refunded to the next month's bill.
- Credit card installment:
- A full refund of the order will be credited to the original credit card.
- Part of the refund will be transferred to the bank account number filled in; the credit card bill must still be paid in full as scheduled
